Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tools and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our studio receives your return, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to inspect the items and issue a refund to your original payment method.
